The single worst service I have ever experienced.
I paid £65 pounds to have a cracked screen repaired overnight, which I was assured was guaranteed. This took a week, and when I finally got my phone back the audio jack and speakers had been damaged. Reluctantly, they said they would fix that in a day. Another week passed, and I was told I could collect my phone on Sunday. I turned up and the shop owner wasn't even in. I had to contact him (whilst having no phone - which isn't easy) to learn he wouldn't be in that day anymore. Two days after finally getting my phone back again the new screen just turned to grey pixels for no apparent reason. The phone works beneath it as I can hear people trying to call me, but the screen is faulty. Also, the phone now only works on speaker phone. I don't know how but a simple screen repair has destroyed my phone and the service has been awful. Also, they have refused to refund even a penny of my money. I've been lied too, let down time and time again, and frankly the owners have been plain rude just walking away and ignoring me while I have been talking to them. Three weeks later I STILL have a broken phone and am £65 down. Avoid this place like the plague. Pop to the one in Hebden instead, defo worth the 5 mins on the train to avoid this horrendous place.
