Cut too short to salvage so going have to invest into some hair extensions before I'll feel confident again. Layers cut unevenly, very thick chunky blocks leaving my midway down my back length to a horrorendous uneven cut. I'm so upset by the experience & would not recommend this place to my worst enemy
