DO NOT USE! IMPORTANT!
i am extremely extremely upset annoyed and angry.
The experience with Al Murad tiles in Rochdale has been horrific not once but TWICE.
A few weeks ago we had tiles delivered, we had asked for them to be put towards the back of the house. The delivery guy called GULSHAN told me he will only leave them at the front of the house because they are heavy. Upon him saying that we asked how on earth would we be able to carry them if you yourselves are saying they are heavy.
After a few huffs and puffs from GULSHAN they were put where we wanted.
Disgusting customer service and such a vile attitude towards customers, im sure you also would find this inappropriate.
We went into the store and spoke to the manager called MUKESH, who advised us were the 3/4 people with the same complaint about this particular worker. We were told he will be spoken to...And still we were fools to order another flaming batch of tiles from this store thinking surely this can not happen again...
So today 16th August 2019 we have yet again such an unpleasant situation.
GULSHAN came to deliver our tiles. He told my husband to move my car and he then just opened our double gates on the driveway and reversed his van in.
Okay so he opened the double doors of the van and then instructed MY HUSBAND that he needs to help pick the tiles and move them.
My husband asked why and GULSHAN said “oh we always ask that you help”
My husband refused to help and then GULSHAN SLAMMED the van doors closed and said he will take them back and off they went.
Never have we ever experienced such hostile and crude customer service.
On the website it states it is free delivery but just because it is free delivery does not mean they can dump our tiles where they want.
We have just spoken to MUKESH the manager, we have been advised that GULSHAN will be spoken to yet again.
So here we are with no tiles... paid fully in advance for a slap in the face.
I want an immediate response. I will be leaving this as a review on facebook, google reviews, snapchat and also by word of mouth.
My parents have literally just bought tiles from yourselves 2 months ago.!
It really is ashame as my family member has just had their house extension completed and were also going to be popping into the rochdale branch and order tiles along with cladding and wallpaper, I promise i am
Sure to tell them of our experience and tell them to go to our local TILE GIANT STORE instead.
